HT Trading is a company specialized in high end products in the bicycle and snowboard market. Focussed on the niche for competition products equipped with the best components available and with leading technology for suspension (SLK = smart link kinematics = four link suspension system). HT has world, European and national champions under contract. Permanent research and development focuses on continuous improvement of the products to ensure long term competitiveness.
HiTEC product line consists of both bicycles assembled abroad (Italy, Taiwan) and locally with their own production and assembly in Austria for the high-end models. Last season about 5.500 bikes were sold on the markets of Austria (40%), Switzerland (40%) and Germany (20%).
Over 4.500 Heavy Tool snowboards and bindings are produced every year after technological and design specifications in a specialized production facility in Austria and are directly sold via the HT agents all over Europe.
The company was founded 1997 when the development department of Sportrade separated from the mother company.
